Prescription Drug and Medical Device Recalls

Over the past century, advances in medical science and technology have prolonged lives, cured epidemic diseases and generally improved quality of life for Americans. While there is no doubt that some prescription drugs have saved many lives, a few have been known to destroy them. In the rush to get drugs and medical products to the market, some companies fail to fully test all of the potential side-effects, occasionally leading to injuries or permanent disability. The drugs and devices listed below are a few with potentially harmful side-effects. If you are currently taking any of these medications, contact your doctor for information regarding these risks and be aware of the side-effects to be cautious of.

If you or someone you love has already been injured as a result of faulty medical device or drug, contact Easley & Houseal, PLLC. We have the connections, trial experience and courage to stand up to big drug companies on your behalf.
